Q: Can I buy products on MMC?
- No. MMC is a service-only platform.
- You can still order some colorants samples and ask for product quotation and information.
- Links to partner companies are provided if you intend to buy products.

Q: How does color matching work with MMC?
It takes several steps:
- Color input/selection: either by selection of a color standard like RAL, Munsell or Nelly Rodi, or by entering your color data using a spectrophotometer linked to your computer, or by entering a color spectrum manually, or by retrieving previously saved colors. You can also input colorimetric values or import .cxf format (color palette).
- Mathematical formulation calculation: the MMC color matching engine will calculate for you the best matching recipes
- List of the different recipes with their respective Delta E: it will rank the most relevant recipes by their Delta E or their metamerism.
- Saving of past calculations: you will be able to access your previous matches and get them any time you need.
- Possibility to share recipes with your colleagues/partners on a global basis.

- You do not have to spend great amounts of resources to maintain your own colorants databases.

Q: How do I get a real-life feel for the color I’m matching?

- From day 1, the MMC colorant databases are covering the entire color spectrum.
- MMC is open to additional colorants manufacturers. Please contact us at partner@matchmycolor.com if you wish to join the platform.

Q: Do you intend to expand MMC colorant databases?
- The MMC colorants databases will be continuously upgraded in scope (number of polymer or binder types covered) and in breadth (number of colorants contained in one specific colorant database)
